Folio's customers are offered the broadest range of bookbinding and print finishing services in the South-West.

Whether it's our ability to provide instant quotations, award-winning quality, or an unrivalled level of flexibility with no job too big, too small or too challenging for us to take on, Folio's involvement can help guarantee that any print finishing project progresses without hitch.

 

We use:
• 2007 Stahl KH82 6KTL combination folding machine
• 2002 Stahl TD 78 6.4.2.Z all buckle with mobile knife unit. Max sheet size 780mm
• 2004 Stahl PD 78 6.4.2.Z all buckle with mobile knife unit. Max sheet size 780mm
• 2005 Stahl TD 56 6.4.2 all buckle. Max sheet size 560mm
• 2001 Stahl Ki55 6.KTL. Max sheet size 550mm
• Closed Gate Fold attachment for all machines
• Stahl Ram Bundler
• Herzog Heymann KL112 10/6 (16 plate) folding machine

Our service:
We undertake gate folds, maltese cross, multiple concertina and rolls. We are now able to offer miniature folding facilities with a dedicated machine and two dedicated staff.

• 2000 Muller Martini Prima S 6 feed stations plus cover score feeder (14000 c/p/h)
• 2005 Muller Martini Bravo Amrys 4 feed stations plus cover score feeder (12000 c/p/h)
• Loop stitching heads (up to 4 heads)
• Endorse folding capabilities (cross folding and multi parallels)
• Small size attachment kit to minimum size 95x75mm
• 4th and 5th knife for two up production

We offer a 2 lines 2up facility, up to 4 loop stitching & endorse folding.

• Muller Martini Ventura Sewing Machine 12,000 cycles per hour; Maximum size 510x320mm; Minimum size 120x80mm; Maximum signature thickness 4mm

In-house, Folio provides Perfect Binding, Burst Binding, PUR Binding, Singer Sewn and Thread Sewn finishing solutions.
